The Father William Pezold Council will hold the local level Knights of Columbus 2014 Youth Soccer Challenge on Saturday September 27th from 9:00 am – 1:00 pm at the Knights of Columbus Soccer Fields. The Knights of Columbus Soccer Challenge is a competition designed for players to demonstrate the most basic soccer skill – the penalty kick. Open to all boys and girls in our community, ages 9-14, where each player will be allowed 15 shots at the goal from the penalty line (12 yards from the goal). Winners progress to the district, regional, state and international levels.

We are in need of 8 volunteers to work the 9:00 am-11:00 am shift and 8 more volunteers to work the 11:00 am - 1:00 pm shift. This is a fun event that the area youth really look forward to each year, and is a great way to show how the Knights are supporting the youth of our community.
